Job overview We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Band 2 Health Care Assistant to work within the Unplanned District Nursing Team working nights. You will work within the Unplanned District Nursing team visiting patients within their own home supporting community Nurses to carry out unplanned nursing care. The base for this post will be Global House, Scunthorpe. You must be flexible, caring, and professional and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. Access to a vehicle with business insurance is essential for this community-based role. At NLaG we do not require you to have any formal qualifications as you will be supported to achieve these once in post.
