My client, an agricultural company on the outskirts of Arundel, is looking for a credit controller to assist their finance team for a 6-month interim contract.
This role will report into the finance manager and cover the following responsibilities:
1. Contacting customers by phone and email regarding outstanding payments and gaining commitments to settle invoices.
2. Reporting on account status and liaising with colleagues throughout the business.
3. Processing / allocating payments (Cash, BACS, Cheque).
4. Processing monthly overdue letters.
5. Raising reports to assist with credit control and reporting (Aged Debt/Day Books).
6. Assisting Auditors by collating all relevant Debtors' information.
7. Liaising with Directors regarding large volume accounts.
8. Raising LBAs when necessary.
9. Assisting other team members with finance duties as required.
You will have the following experience:
1. Current finance experience
2. Credit control
3. Microsoft Dynamics
4. Microsoft Excel
This is a six-month role, fully office-based, with modern offices and free onsite parking. There is a chance this role could go permanent for the right person.
