This is a full-time position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the smooth operation of the school office, including general administrative duties.
* Managing and maintaining financial systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy in budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
* Acting as the first point of contact for staff, parents, and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Supporting the leadership team with administrative and operational tasks to enhance the school's effectiveness.
* Ensuring compliance with school policies, safeguarding requirements, and health and safety regulations.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role within a school environment.
* Proficiency in financial management systems (e.g., SIMS, FMS, or equivalent).
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy office environment.
* Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
* A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
