Our client, a Removals specialist based in Surrey is currently seeking an International Move Coordinator to join their growing team.
The role of the International Move Coordinator is to coordinate the logistics of moves, ensuring they are all complete correctly and on time.
Your role will be to manage schedules for moves, ensuring removals crew are provided with instructions and are aware of clients’ requirements.
Other duties of the International Move Coordinator:
1. Receiving initial call and arranging surveys and appointments within company KPI
2. Giving clients and branches information on International moves
3. Submission of quotations confirmation of quotes instruction sheets and booking of international consignments at all stages of the move
4. Schedule appointments for sales staff
5. To effectively service International enquires including costing
6. Coordinate with overseas agents and shipping lines on a daily basis
To be the successful International Move Coordinator, you will need to have strong experience working within the Removals industry, preferably in a similar role where you have been dealing with international moves.
We are keen to hear from self-motivated candidates who have excellent organisations skills, and ideally, some knowledge/experience of Logistics.
