Role Overview:
As a Supply Teacher at our SEN schools, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and tailored lessons to students with special educational needs (SEN). You will work alongside a team of experienced teachers and support staff to provide a positive learning experience that is tailored to the individual needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lessons to small groups or individuals based on a planned curriculum.
Adapt lesson plans and teaching materials to cater to diverse learning needs.
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with other staff members to support students' personal, social, and academic development.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
