Workflow Coordinator
Do you enjoy problem-solving, organisation, and working in a dynamic environment? As a Workflow Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service delivery by managing job scheduling, dispatching engineers, and keeping everything on track.
Salary: £12.36 per hour
Contract Length: 12 Months
Shift Pattern/ Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
Location: Rotherham
You will be responsible for:
1. Service Request Management: Act as the first point of contact for calls and emails, logging and tracking work orders in the CAFM system while ensuring SLA compliance.
2. Job Scheduling & Dispatch: Assign, reassign, and prioritise work for engineers and subcontractors based on skill set, location, and urgency.
3. Planned & Reactive Maintenance Coordination: Organise scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent requests efficiently.
4. Reporting & Compliance: Generate reports, escalate issues, and ensure adherence to company procedures and health & safety regulations.
5. Administrative Support: Perform general admin tasks, take meeting minutes, and conduct site visits to meet teams and understand operations.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
1. Proficient in the use of IT, Microsoft Outlook, and Office.
2. Experience with the CAFM system (Maximo, ideally) is highly desirable.
3. Experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work as part of a busy team.
6. Tenacious approach to works management.
7. Experience in minute taking.
