We are looking for a Parts Supervisor to work on a permanent basis for our market leading client in their field. The primary purpose of this role is to supervise a small team in the parts department and support customers with parts enquiries. This role is starting for January 2025. Own transport required due to rural location
Duties for the Parts Supervisor will include but not limited to:
* Manage inbound and outbound freight couriers, put away stock, pick for customer orders
* Supervise the parts team, monitoring KPI’s, performance, recruitment, holidays etc
* Administration of documentation process
* Monitor and have input to budget
* Deal with customers and engineers returns promptly
* Provide cover to other members from the team during their absences undertaking all related duties
* Dealing with tidiness of workplace ensuring all waste material are recycle correctly
Key Skills / Attributes:
* Strong focus on accuracy and quality, with good attention to detail
* Experience of working in a similar role
* Working within a team environment
* Good communication and organisation skills
* Administration / IT skills
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm, no weekends.
