Cadent Gas Ltd Lead the governance that drives transformational change As our PMO Manager, you’ll play a key role in how we deliver large-scale transformation across Cadent. This isn’t just about reporting timelines or tracking progress – this is about creating the frameworks, processes and relationships that ensure our most complex programmes succeed. Working across the whole network, you’ll bring structure, insight and leadership to programmes that touch every part of the business – from operational changes to strategic priorities. You’ll own and embed programme governance, ensure risk and benefit tracking is watertight, and coach teams in what “good” looks like. You’ll also act as a delivery leader when required, directly managing projects and supporting senior stakeholders to bring change to life. What you’ll bring: You’re an experienced PMO or programme leader who’s comfortable shaping governance, coaching delivery teams, and influencing at senior levels. Strong PMO Background – Experience managing complex change programmes with proven expertise in governance, risk, assurance and reporting. Technical Credentials – Qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, APM or P3O, and a solid grasp of change and programme management frameworks. Delivery Versatility – Ability to step into project management roles and flex to meet delivery needs as required. Stakeholder Confidence – Skilled in building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from field operatives to executive leaders.
