Reputable social housing contractor looking for a Contract Administrator within the Social Housing and Property Maintenance sector. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for general administration duty's including: General administration duties for live contracts & Divisional Manager Onboarding new operatives Updating training matrix for operatives Updating internal systems and databases Liaising with contractors and scheduling appointments Setting up site files Uploading H&S information Uploading reports, warranties, certificates etc. to the database Monitoring van stock and allocating items between cost codes Compiling information for reports The business requires the Contracts Administrator to be competent in the following fields: Experience within a construction office environment Ability to use systems and software with ease Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) Excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills Willingness and ability to learn new skills Experience: Minimum 3 Years Ability to commute/relocate: Barnet EN5 5TZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Mon - Friday 08.00 -17.00 (no weekends) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Company events Company pension Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekends Salary: Starting from £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
