This pivotal position involves taking ownership of the day-to-day management of tasks raised through the CAFM system, working closely with Helpdesk colleagues to monitor and manage the workflow. The aim is to ensure that all works are delivered on time and meet SLA requirements and contractual obligations. Responsibilities:
* Liaise daily with Operational teams to allocate reactive and corrective tasks
* Assignment of static and mobile workforce
* Raise purchase orders in line with contractor requirements
* Liaise with contractors and operations to plan works
* Update CAFM system with task data, including updates on the task, financial information, and attachments, ensuring full auditability
* Receipt purchase orders upon completion of works
* Complete tasks once work is done and ensure relevant documentation is uploaded to the CAFM system
* Manage queries
* Manage stakeholders
