You’ll be: · Processing customer orders, ensuring payments are correct and transactions finish smoothly · Produce invoices · Handle credit checks · Maintain a record of sales and organise sales-related paperwork · Generate sales reports · Communicate with other departments and identify new products to sell · Distribute leads to sales team Experience: · Excellent written communication and IT skills. A strong understanding of CRM systems and spreadsheets would be beneficial. · An ability to work to a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately · Able to work independently or as part of a team, you will have the ability to engage with other members of the dealership to encourage a smooth and efficient service for our customers. · Strong time management skills, able to work on multiple projects at once and completing all tasks in a timely manner.
