The purpose of this position is to assist with the board governance services, predominantly comprising a minutes focused project for a key strategic client of Aztec under the direction of the Client Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the co-ordination of all aspects of a large project relating to fund services board and committee minutes.
2. Drafting and reviewing board and committee minutes to a high standard.
3. Ensuring that the service level agreement turnaround times for production and finalisation of minutes are adhered to.
4. Undertake routine and office clerical tasks where necessary.
5. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and other business contacts.
Skills, Knowledge, Expertise:
1. The candidate will be ideally qualified or studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent).
2. Sound technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy).
3. Proficient in minute writing to a high level.
4. Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisation and time management required.
5. Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
