Overview
We have an exciting opportunity in our growing Bristol team for a Senior Planner or Associate Director with at least six years’ experience. We are looking for bright, creative and committed people who can deliver high quality work and outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
You will be involved in a range of major consultancy projects including residential, commercial and leisure developments. These will require planning policy, development management and project management skills, underpinned by a sound commercial approach and judgement.
Our Bristol team has a fantastic track record of high profile projects, including:
1. Ashton Gate Stadium and Sporting Quarter
2. Warwick Castle
3. Carlyon Beach
4. Fowey Hall and Woolley Grange Hotels
5. Rowcroft Hospice in Torbay
6. Wolvershill Strategic Growth Location (ongoing)
We also undertake a wide range of projects for Haven Holidays, Warner Leisure Hotels and Away Resorts; and you can expect to work on similar types of projects.
Qualifications
We will expect candidates to have at least a 2:1 at undergraduate degree level as well as MRTPI and/or RICS (Planning and Development) professional membership.
Candidates should also demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills, together with excellent writing and problem-solving skills. You will need to be able to work on multiple projects, so a proven ability to manage time and workload is critical along with strong relationship management.
You will also be able to demonstrate knowledge of, and experience in, business development and marketing and the skills needed to win new work and innovate as these are important elements of this role.
