The role requires regular working with a range of different people from across the Commercial Lines business. A bit about the job: This role will support the Commercial Lines Product & Propositions Leads to ensure that products and propositions developed and managed, continue to provide value to customers and are aligned with regulatory expectations. You will be supporting the strategic thinking of the overarching Product & Propositions delivery roadmap to drive sustainable, profitable growth across the plan period and effectively engage cross functional teams to deliver new propositions or enhancements to market. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Understanding communication techniques, how to communicate effectively with key stakeholders both internally and externally and ways in which we can gain insight from them to drive the Commercial Lines agenda Able to think creatively and to bring innovation to activities Confidently engages with senior leaders to advise, support and influence Experience of managing and prioritising multiple demands Understanding of relevant insurance or financial service marketplaces What you’ll get for this role: National Salary Circa £40,000 and London Salary Circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications). 10% annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
