The Role: HR Administrator
Salary: £24k - £28k

The Company
Our client, in the environmental sector, has an opportunity to join them at their recycling site as an HR/Office Administrator, predominantly supporting the HR and H&S Manager. We are looking for a candidate with excellent administration experience, ideally used to supporting a busy operational business.
The Role
1. As Office Administrator you will provide business administrative support across our office functions, the main focus will be supporting HR administration processes, such as staff rostering and maintaining accurate records for employees.
2. You will, when necessary, provide support in general office functions e.g. front of house and office organisation and presentation, filing, ordering consumables etc.
3. Excellent IT skills are critical, with a good working knowledge of Windows packages and creating functional Excel spreadsheets.
4. You will assist other administrative colleagues whenever necessary and work as a positive team member.
The Ideal Candidate
1. The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar administrative support role, ideally in a busy operational support office.
2. Ideal sector experience would be waste management and recycling services, logistics operations, manufacturing and production or construction.
3. Excellent organisational skills are a must.
4. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. A positive, cheery, and can-do personality and attitude is essential.
6. Reliable and able to work in an organized, efficient manner with minimal supervision.
7. Willing to support the team with general administrative duties and cover for other support roles as required.
