Alternative Provision Teacher Full Time, Permanent Required for September 2025 We are seeking an Alternative Provision Teacher, to join The Bridge Academy within our Multi Academy Trust. We are looking for the right candidate, with the skills, initiative and ability to teach students in our secondary provision. We are open to length of experience and subject taught, but the new post holder would be teaching the ‘core’ subjects in our Secondary provision, as well as something that they are passionate in during our Enrichment time. The Bridge Academy caters for students from Key Stages 1 to 4 who have been permanently excluded from school, suffer with medical conditions including anxiety and it also offers short programs for students who are presenting challenging behaviour in their mainstream settings. We would welcome applications from candidates with mainstream or special experience as we are seeking somebody who has the character, initiative and flexibility to meet the needs of our young people.
