As a Chef de Partie with ISS UK, you will work alongside your team aiding the preparation food in our kitchens and helping to deliver a great service. The Role To check daily requirements, order and receive deliveries and rotate stock To assist the chef and ensure the prompt service of meals and services at required times to the Company's standard and to the satisfaction of the Clients. To prepare and assist the Head Chef with production of meals for the restaurant and hospitality To adhere to standard recipes and production planning in line with client numbers To have a knowledge and implement current food trends and ideas into the business with the Head Chef To ensure that the meals and services comply with the agreed budgetary standard and cost To ensure all kitchen areas are always left clean and tidy To understand how all equipment works About You NVQ Level 2 (or in the process of completing) or equivalent cookery qualification Passionate about great-tasting food Advanced understanding of the principals of food hygiene Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships Have a desire to succeed in your role Deliver a high-quality service, with an attention for detail Both a supportive and helpful individual Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
