About Us: Waters Edge is a dynamic, multi-use venue offering a variety of experiences; from pop-up restaurants featuring guest chefs to afternoon tea activations and bespoke events transforming into a five-course fine dining restaurant during Fulham FC Football fixtures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the event venue, ensuring smooth transitions between different dining experiences.
* Event Coordination: Planning and coordinating various events, from pop-up restaurants, afternoon teas, and fine dining events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of service and smooth operations for all events.
* Financial Management: Oversee budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
* Menu Planning: Collaborate with guest chefs to plan and execute unique and appealing menus for various events.
* Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues in real-time during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What We're Looking for:
* Experience in restaurant management or events and hospitality, preferably in an operational role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different dining styles.
