As a specialised member of Lightspeed’s dynamic in-house creative team, you'll spend your days helping to build a strong and consistent global brand, captivating audiences with compelling visual stories that entertain, educate and energise. As Motion Designer on the EMEA Marketing Design team, you’ll support campaign execution and contribute to the successful delivery of a range of internal and external projects on multiple channels. Your work will have a direct impact on positioning Lightspeed in EMEA as the leading omnichannel commerce platform for hospitality. What you’ll be responsible for: Producing engaging, original video content according to specifications for social media, marketing campaigns, brand videos, product demos, company reels, events, promotions and more Supporting our EMEA creative team, from creating animation and motion graphics to selecting audio, correcting color and editing existing footage Maximising the impact of our content by resizing and editing videos for multiple channels and platforms Preparing storyboards outlining your projects from concept to completion Ensuring brand consistency through motion and maintaining our high-quality standards for output Collaborating with Content, Integrated Marketing Managers, Growth and other key teams to develop and execute ideas Taking part in brainstorming sessions with the team on a variety of creative opportunities Managing and meeting your own project deadlines with input and direction from the project manager and the art director. What you’ll be bringing to the team: A portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality work 2-4 years of relevant experience A positive, “yes and” attitude to the creative process Advanced proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite An eye for good design and a curiosity for the latest trends High level of proficiency in English Preference will be given to candidates open to working 3 days per week in office Even better if you have, but not necessary: You love the idea of being part of a global team and an open, inclusive and creative environment Live-action video production experience Proficiency in related tools, including but not limited to Final Cut, Cinema 4D, Blender, Pro Tools, Ableton, Figma Illustration and fine art ability Proficiency in French, German or Dutch Who you are You have a passion for video content and an eye for good design You have an interest in emerging technologies and storytelling platforms You have high standards for maintaining naming conventions, version control and file organization You are able to multitask effectively, highly organised and execute tasks within short timelines.
