Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Maintain the Hierarchy within Unit4 Provide advice and support for Unit4 transactional processes e.g. pay data, requisitioning. Supporting the system maintenance updates and investigating/troubleshooting errors that may arise relating to the hierarchy. This role would suit someone with IT experience in ERP applications and knowledge of Microsoft Office. The role requires excellent communication skills and an ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way. A pro-active and positive attitude with the ability to manage priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment is key. An understanding of finance and payroll processes is vital to support team members in creating a positive and effective working environment and maintain customer relationships. Proven experience of analysing and documenting complex business processes to ensure procedures are effective and completed successfully is also required. This is a hybrid post which means working in one of our modern ‘Hub’ style offices in locations across the borough as well as the opportunity to work from home where suitable.
