We are seeking to recruit a passionate and visionary individual to build on the achievements of our retiring CEO and steer the organisation into the next stages of our development. As CEO, you will lead our staff team and work with the Board of Trustees to further our mission and provide quality services that enable women and others in the community to lead fulfilled and empowered lives.
Key responsibilities:
* To provide strategic leadership and have overall responsibility for the management and coordination of all aspects of work related to WWA
* To work with the Board of Trustees to develop and implement a business plan for the successful growth of the service
* To provide strategic leadership for policy and lobbying, partnership building and networking with statutory and voluntary agencies, as well maintaining existing working relationships
* To ensure that all WWA’s work is operated to a high standard of integrity and accountability and maintain good governance practice with regular reports to the WWA Board of Trustees
* The role requires organisational and financial management and an ability to build and sustain the financial structure of the organisation
