These are the sectors where our current project opportunities and growth aspirations sit. What you need to do to be effective in this role? Manage existing clients and develop further opportunities (business development)? Lead and deliver the projects within sectors noted? Support the development of the existing junior members of the team? Resource and deliver projects to meet financial targets The skills and experience you need to have for this role? BSc/MSc in a relevant engineering / project management related subject? Extensive experience of working in a similar role which will be discussed at interview? Demonstrate experience of leading projects and working alongside / support a project management team? General commercial project experience – within construction consultancy Ideally for this role you will possess one or a combination of the following qualifications: ? MRICS? MCIOB? APMP? PRINCE2 Personal Attributes: ? You are an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams? Demonstrate ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to lead teams? Possess consultancy project management experience in the construction sector? Have the ability to lead a series of projects and client relationships including business development? Be a team player, happy to gel into an already very close hard-working team? Be proficient in the use of MS Office and particularly MS Project is essential
