A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for aMRO Sales Representativefor a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Gloucestershire.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications
* Providing business quotes and pricing
* Enter customer orders into ERP system and make sure the order is executed to meet customer expectations.
* Keep records of customer interactions or transactions; record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well actions taken.
* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
* Participates in customer visits within the UK and internationally (EMEA), including attending trade shows.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant/technical work experience in Sales
* Proficient using various software, applications, and programs, including Microsoft Office program (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.)
* Ability to function in a diverse, fast paced service environment, while maintaining a positive and proactive approach to a multitude of issues and challenges.
* Quantum Control ERP experience or related aviation information system experience.
* Technical knowledge of aircraft components preferably touching on MROs, aviation distribution or similar environments
