We have a fantastic Registered Care Manager (RCM) opportunity within our Sense Residential Service in King's Heath, Birmingham.
This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week. As a Registered Care Manager, you will receive £31,707 per annum.
You will join a great team here at our service which has been awarded a Good rating by the CQC. We support 4 individuals who are deaf, blind or have dual sensory impairments.
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a responsive innovative and high-quality service that meets organisational and CQC standards.
You will be responsible but not limited to rotas, supervising, mentoring and leading the team to ensure that all shared responsibilities are fulfilled and systems maintained which guarantees compliance.
Your required skills and experiences:
Experience of supervising and line managing team members in accordance with policy and legislation in the Care sector.
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - or willing to work towards it is essential. Sense will fund this qualification.
A full manual UK license is required as we do take the people we support to do activities outside of the home in a company vehicle.
