University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW)
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Dietitian who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care to join our nationally renowned community tube feeding team!
These senior specialist positions rarely arise - but due to retirement, we are currently recruiting to two senior roles - one full time and one 30 hours a week.
You will join the friendly and experienced team of Dietitians, support workers, and administrative staff, who support a large caseload of people enterally feeding at home - currently 730 patients. We are proud to be part of the wider Nutrition and Dietetic team at UHBW.
We work in close partnership with a commercial provider, through the enteral feeding contract. Based at Central Health Clinic in Bristol, we cover a large area, stretching from Weston-Super-Mare to Bath and Thornbury; however with fantastic IT infrastructure we support remote working, meaning you will not have to travel into the city centre daily.
The post holder will provide enteral feeding expertise to a highly clinically complex cohort of patients right across the age spectrum - including adults, children and babies. As a senior member of the dietetic team, the role also provides clinical expertise, leadership and collaborative working to achieve the shared objectives of the UHBW Nutrition and Dietetic Service.
As daily travel is an integral part of the job, you must be a driver with your own transport.

5. Communication about complex programs of care to patients and their carers along with robust monitoring and follow-up arrangements
6. Delivery of school clinics
7. Directly line manages B6 dietitians and/or dietetic support workers, including appraisal & supervision.
8. Participates in the training/development of B6 dietitians, assistant grades and dietetic students.
