We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join the team located in Salford Quays, Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the operational delivery of all Facility Management services. Providing leadership, management, and development of a defined contract, ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities Ensure operational first-class service excellence across all CBRE delivered services across all locations Coordinate and oversee building maintenance & repairs. To carry out post room duties including the collection and mailing of post and allocating to the relevant departments. Issue and allocation of access control/security passes to colleagues and subcontractors. Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers. Ensure all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections. Assist in space planning and office moves, including furniture arrangements and equipment setup. Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations. Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring that they receive the highest standards of service delivery in relation to their operational needs Always developing relationship with the client and their teams to ensure full understanding of the clients needs Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both CBRE and sub-contractor's activities and are regularly review. Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met. This includes asset register, emergency plans and all related records and management reports Person Specification The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities. This role includes ensuring that all building services, maintenance activities, and safety procedures are efficiently and effectively carried out. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A highly motivated people person, capable of driving high performance and maintaining an approach of continuous development towards the delivery of the services.
