DEPUTY CARE MANAGER & TEAM LEADER - CHILDREN'S HOME\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Children's Home Deputy Manager and a Team Leader to work in the children's care sector- (EBD, LD, autism) This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a company grow and to ensure the lives of the children are fully supported with excellent levels of care.\n\n * Competitive salary uo to £19 per hour DOE\n\n * Excellent opportunities for career progression as the company expands\n\nThe Role:\nYour role will include:\n\n * Overseeing the delivery of care services for children, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations\n\n * Ensuring strict compliance with Ofsted\n\n * Managing staff and resources effectively\n\n * Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans\n\n * Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals\n\n * Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers\n\n * Following of policies and procedures\n\nThe Candidate:\nThe ideal candidate for the roles should have:\n\n * Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 3 or working towards it\n\n * Experience of working with vulnerable children\n\n * Ofsted experience\n\n * Excellent communication and leadership skills\n\n * Have a strong character and be a good communicator\n\n * Be a reflective leader\n\n * Want to develop their own style of management\n\n * Work closely with the regional managers to develop growth plans for the service\n\n * Worked as a deputy manager or senior or team lead in the children's sector\n\n * Flexible to work different shifts including some nights\n\nThe Package:\nThe benefits package for the role includes:\n\n * Training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge\n\n * Excellent progression opportunities\n\nOur client is renowned for providing high-quality children's care services and are committed to improving the lives of the children.
