This role is ideal for either an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting challenge or a strong Deputy Manager/ Care Co-ordinator ready to step up and make their mark. The Opportunity The Registered Manager will be setting up a brand new service from scratch. You will have the autonomoy but appropriate support to develop your team of deputy / co-ordintaors and care staff to meet the needs of your local community. Connections with the LA have already been made and a place on the framework secured and there is great opportunity to develop the private paying market too. This is an opportunity for the manager really make the business unit their own but with a reputable name and ownership with huge experience in care Role Manager of a new service - effectively starting from the ground up with a reputable business. The owners have done this before and you will have lots of support and expertise surrounding you and developing you. You will ideally have knowledge and relationships with Bolton and Lancashire LA / ICB to help generate new referrals and also be adept at building a reputation in the lcoal community. The business is well-supported with HR, finance, and operational systems in place, ensuring a ‘grown-up’ working environment where managers can work flexibly as long as the service is delivering.
