I am recruiting for a large IFA firm that are seeking a detail-oriented and Business Process Analyst that has worked with Intelligent Office or Intelliflo previously to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of business analysis principles. This role involves working closely with various departments to gather, analyse, and interpret data to support decision-making processes, training and comparing the usage productivity across all offices and highlighting performance issues. Responsibilities Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to present findings in a clear and concise manner. Utilise Intelliflo / intelligent office for process mapping and documentation of workflows related to data management. Assist in the design and optimisation of databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of data-related projects within the framework. Vaticinate potential challenges in data processes and propose effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
