Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of KS1 pupils with SEN.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters confidence and independent learning.
* Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure continued success.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education.
* Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in KS1.
* Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and the ability to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
