Title: IT Specialist

What You'll Do:
Technical Support: Be the hero our users need by providing top-notch first and second-level support, swiftly resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Infrastructure Management: Keep our IT landscape in perfect shape by installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
System & Server Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions, monitor system performance, and ensure our IT services are always up and running.
Network Management: Design, implement, and manage LAN/WAN networks. Ensure seamless connectivity and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Security Management: Protect our data and systems with cutting-edge security measures, regular audits, and vulnerability assessments.
Backup and Recovery: Safeguard our data with reliable backup and disaster recovery plans, maintaining data integrity at all times.
Project Management: Lead and contribute to IT projects, from system upgrades to new implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Documentation: Keep our IT documentation precise and current, and provide training and support to end-users.What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
Experience with network protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Skills in virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Bonus Points For:
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or relevant vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS).
