Your new roleYou will be responsible for providing administrative support to the UK HR Manager, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR services. This role involves handling various HR tasks, including employee records management, recruitment support, and assisting with HR projects and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
2. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
3. Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
4. Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and training sessions.
