We're seeking a Training & Resourcing Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
* To take overall accountability for the training schedule for the entire campus, keeping up to date with technical, mandatory and refresher training for all colleagues.
* To devise and implement training courses, ensuring training content meets the requirement for a safe operational delivery.
* Monitor Training & Resourcing FLM & Training FLM to ensure no skill drops out.
* Working closely with the planning department and the central resourcing team to ensure recruitment numbers are met in addition to playing a key part in their onboarding process.
* Maintenance of, and compliance with, the written CAA / DfT through training standards while overseeing and implementing all relevant security training legislation and changes.
* Manage all additional internal and external audits.
* Manage a team of Trainers and administrators.
* Provide training plans to the operation for the year and produce training reports.
* Maintaining and Auditing the training and recruitment paperwork and files to the required standard in preparation for internal and external audits.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

* Previous experience managing a team.
* Experience within a resourcing & training department - Desirable.
* Previous work experience within the aviation industry - Desirable.
* Full Manual Driving License.
* Excellent communications skills.
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
* Be able to provide five years address history.
* Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character).
* To obtain a full airside ID.
* Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.
