What will a typical day at Routes to Work be like for a Marketing Officer?
As the main person coordinating day to day marketing activities you will play an important role in shaping how Routes to Work is perceived, resulting in recruitment of new clients to benefit from our services and building on our reputation across a range of Local Authority areas. You will contribute to our vision to be an organisation that North Lanarkshire can be proud of, valued by local people and businesses, and respected nationally for the innovation, scope and effectiveness of its services in delivering direct employment and wider social value outcomes.
As the Marketing Officer, you will support the delivery of Routes To Work’s Marketing Strategy via digital and offline channels, covering areas such as branding, website development, storytelling, content creation and the production of new marketing materials.
You will provide a high quality & responsive marketing support service to the Company, contributing to the overall service improvement agenda and the Company’s strategic objectives. The postholder will be required to keep up to date with new marketing platforms & techniques and contribute to improving reach and visibility using effective, creative, and engaging content and tone of voice.
This is a key role, working closely with a range of stakeholders, including partners and colleagues to promote Routes to Work and our excellent services.
