Remuneration: £45,000-£55,000 + £15,000 uncapped commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Contract Kitchens will involve:
* Field sales role selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens
* Selling into regional housebuilders and housing developers/ national housebuilders
* New business development role, will involve getting on the phone and visiting clients face to face (will inherit a small project bank)
* Revenue target year two £3m
* Average projects from 30-200 plots (but can be much larger)
* Typically 3-4 days a week on the road, remainder working from home
* Ideally 2-3 meaningful customer visits a day when on the road
* Working through a regional housebuilder list as well as your own contacts
* Visiting show plots and marketing suites to identify the relevant decision makers
* Presenting pricing exercises, tending for real projects
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Contract Kitchens with:
* 2 years+ proven contract kitchen field sales experience
