Key Areas of Responsibility:
Yard Duties
Ensuring vehicles are processed along company pathway for deliveries, collections, marketing and storage
Clean vehicles as necessary to ensure high quality images
Processing logbooks, doc pack and keys that are either filed safety or disposed of correctly following GDPR rules
Supporting GDPR & Salvage Personal Belonging Team with GDPR compliance & contractual SLAs
Ensuring quality control every step of the way with no damage to vehicles or parts
Liaising with customers or our drivers loading and offloading vehicles
Maintain and take ownership of general housekeeping within your selected functional and customer facing area and manage to a high standard to create a safe and streamline environment
Imaging & Grading Duties
Responsible for parts inventory of breakers, imaging and grading of panels and parts for our sales channels
Ensure vehicles are to be brought by a FLT to designated Inventory / Image areas
Grade parts and image using Company guidelines
Ensure that a video is taken of the engine of it starting, running and showing exhaust to show any infringements
Here's what you bring:
Suitable candidates must have a full driving license
Experience of working outside in all weathers
The ability to accurately record the damage of vehicles, onto our system in a clear and concise manner
Experience of using a forklift would be an advantage but not essential (onsite Forklift training with a reputable provider will be funded by the company)
Able to work as part of a team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail
Basic IT skills
Previous experience working in a salvage site and knowledge and/or an interest in motor vehicles would also be desirable but not essential

This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS, Finance, Right to work and reference checks.
