We are looking for: A foot mobile, Maintenance Engineer covering 22 bars across Central London. You'll be required to do planned and reactive work consisting of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general snagging. Who you are: A jack of all trades with a can-do attitude Organised and efficient with an eye for detail A team player as well as a self-starter Great problem solver and able to work under pressure Trustworthy with good quality works Strong time management skills Main Responsibilities: Travel between jobs in and around London to carry out reactive maintenance across assigned sites Visit properties to diagnose and carry out repairs whilst on site including the ability to source material required Update jobs via the Asana portal ensuring reports are written thoroughly and good-quality pictures are taken Perform plumbing/plastering/painting/electrics and general maintenance tasks Prioritise the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts Identify areas for improvement Implement safety policies and procedures Maintain expense reports Role requirements: Experience in all tasks including, plumbing, painting, carpentry, execution of all repair work etc Appropriate qualifications such as Manual Handling, CSCS, First Aid, IPAF etc Experience using hardware tools, power tools and electrical equipment Experience in the hospitality sector - restaurants, bars and venues catering to the general public (preferable)
