Key Responsibilities
:
1. Provide full administrative support to the Employment Law team.
2. Drafting, editing, and formatting legal documents, including correspondence and court forms.
3. Organising and managing case files, including opening and closing files, ensuring they are up to date and compliant.
4. Liaising with clients, courts, and other external parties as required.
5. Organising meetings, managing calendars, and booking appointments.
6. Filing, scanning, and photocopying legal documents.
7. Managing client billing and time recording.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
8. Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, Legal Administrator (preferably within Employment Law or similar practice areas).
9. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
11. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
12. Ability to manage a busy workload and work well under pressure.
