About the Digital Transformation Consulting (DTC) practice at Eviden
As a member of DTC, you will operate within a fast-paced Consulting environment, comprised of more than 850 diverse and high-performing experts worldwide. Our teams work on challenging digital projects that deliver creative and innovative solutions across multiple industries and sectors.

What we offer
With this role you will join the Future of Work Sub-practice within the DTC team. This practice is responsible for working with clients to define, design and implement the next generation of workplace solutions which provide employees with tools to drive efficiency and accelerate business performance. The Future-of-Work team works across different industries and sectors supporting our clients in their workplace journey.
About the role
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with an understanding of both physical (collaboration areas, meeting rooms, etc.) and virtual (M365, G-Suite, Virtual Desktop, etc.) Workplace innovations. Being technology agnostic, we design and implement places and platforms which address improving people's workplace experiences with productivity, collaboration, flexibility and more. Our team has skills, experience and passion for expanding their knowledge in this field which allows us to constantly innovate what and how we deliver for our customers. The range of work we do in defining, designing and implementing the next generation of workplace solutions means we are looking for a wide range of skills along with some experience in projects that have transformed the workplace environment.
Required skill set and experience:
* Well-rounded set of consulting skills at intermediate level including business analysis, stakeholder management, written/verbal communications.
* Self-starter who can take responsibility for personal activities and deliverables.
* Experience working independently and as part of a team with clients, analysing the current state, identifying pain-points and potential opportunities for improvement.
* Experience defining and integrating digital solutions into an organisation’s strategy, vision, and aspirations.
* Competence in collecting and analysing customer data to produce insights and reports.
* Report writing and presentation skills – ability to summarise the key findings and recommendations.
* Preparing and supporting workshops to play-back findings and explore solutions to specific issues.
Desired skill set and experience:
* User-driven requirements gathering and documenting which may include: Personas, Use Cases, User Journeys.
* Insight of modern workplace technologies and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
* Market opinions and thought leadership on emerging workplace topics.
* Experience in supporting sales opportunities, including pre-sales activities and proposal development.
This role is UK based and requires UK domestic and international travel, as the business and customer need arises. The role requires candidates to be security clearance eligible at SC level.
