Eden Scott's client is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Investment Operations Change Manager to join their dynamic team on a 1-year contract. This role will focus on driving change initiatives within investment operations, ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience while optimising processes and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage client onboarding projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
* Drive change initiatives within investment operations, streamlining processes and enhancing service delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, risk, technology, and front-office teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with onboarding processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
* Develop and implement best practices to enhance the client onboarding experience.
* Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem-solving.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in investment operations, client onboarding, or change management within asset management or financial services.
* Proven track record in leading change projects, process optimisation, and stakeholder management.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to client onboarding and investment operations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
