We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the team at Soper of Lincoln.
LOCATION: Lincoln
DEPARTMENT: Admin
The hours of work are 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.
The candidate should have strong attention to detail with exceptional interpersonal skills.
We have a new paperless system – mStore which needs to be maintained and always kept up to date.
Salary: Ranging from £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Invoice vehicle transactions
2. Maintain vehicle stock records in a timely manner
3. Maintain stock files to the required standards
4. Ensure all information required to tax vehicles are received in time to allow for handover
5. Ensure all government tax procedures are adhered to
6. Complete warranty documents for Used Cars
Person Specification:
1. Sales administration experience within the automotive industry
