Experience
* Prescribing Qualification
Qualifications
* Masters Degree in Pharmacy plus successful completion of pre-registration training year (or earlier equivalent).
* Member of General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Diploma/MSc in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent.
