Reco Energy is a growing renewable energy company installing Solar PV, Battery Storage and Heat Pumps in homes and businesses across Devon and Cornwall. We're looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist/Administrator to keep our office running smoothly.
What you'll do:
* Answer calls, manage emails, and support customer enquiries.
* Prepare client handover packs, certificates, and project documentation.
* Keep our Zoho CRM, Desk, and Trello workflows up to date.
* Take meeting minutes and ensure action points are followed up.
* Assist with general admin tasks, including bookings and marketing support.
What we're looking for:
* A confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Good IT skills (experience with Zoho is a bonus!).
* A passion for great customer service.
