What You’ll Be Doing Supporting Year 4-5 pupils in a classroom setting, working with the whole class, small groups, or on targeted activities. Assisting with lunchtime duties as a Midday Supervisory Assistant, ensuring positive play and a smooth lunchtime experience. Collaborating with teachers and other staff to provide flexible support across the school. Occasionally working at the Lower Site (Reception to Year 2) to cover staff absences or support where needed. Providing a calm and encouraging presence to help pupils reach their full potential. Relevant experience working with primary-aged pupils, particularly in Key Stage 2. A flexible team player, willing to adapt to meet the needs of the school community.
