Job Description:
As a Commissioning Manager, you will oversee and lead the commissioning process, ensuring the successful integration of systems and equipment in line with industry standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-quality results and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities of this Commissioning Manager role will include:
Lead and support the commissioning team throughout projects.
Develop and manage integrated MEP Commissioning Programmes to mitigate risks.
Implement commissioning plans and strategies to meet project objectives.
Chair and document commissioning meetings, including risk registers and action logs.
Manage commissioning progress using bespoke management tools.
Conduct design and commissionability reviews of MEP Services.
Write test scripts for Integrated Systems Tests (ISTs), Resilience Testing, and SCOP.
Perform inspections, testing, and verification to ensure system performance.
Identify and resolve technical issues during the commissioning process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
Prepare comprehensive commissioning and progress reports.
Qualifications / Experience:
Proven experience in commissioning management.
CSA Commissioning Specialist Association Grade 5 or above (desirable).
Completion of CSA ITCM Course (desirable).
Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, systems, and standards (CIBSE / BSRIA / BREEAM).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management tools and CIBSE Code M.
