Job Description
We need an enthusiastic person to join our busy ICDS business support team. You will be based at Meadow House, Mansfield, though we are currently operating a hybrid working model.
This is a key post which supports the Integrated Children’s Disability Assessment Service (ICDS). However, the flexibility and willingness to support across the whole Disability Service may also be a requirement. The post provides administrative support to the ICDS business support team. The working days will be Thursday and Friday each week.
A high level of ICT skills, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work independently to track and monitor processes is essential. You will need to be a self-motivated person with excellent organisational abilities to prioritise and schedule workload to keep within strict timescales.
The work will require you to have a broad range of skills. These will include:
1. IT (Microsoft Office) particularly Word and Excel to a high level
2. A high level of numeracy and literacy skills
3. The ability to minute complex meetings
4. Attention to detail and accuracy
5. Significant experience of operating database systems, preferably including Mosaic
6. Good keyboard skills
7. Strong organisational abilities to prioritise, plan and co-ordinate work quickly and effectively
8. Ability to use initiative, take responsibility for tasks and work unsupervised
9. Effective telephone skills, excellent customer service and the ability to deal with people sensitively and professionally even when they may be distressed or angry
10. A full appreciation of the need for confidentiality.
