Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £85 - £95 Per day Job Duties: Supporting teachers in the delivery of educational activities Assisting with classroom management and student supervision Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties Preparing materials and resources for lessons Helping to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment Required Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Relevant experience working with children or young people Education: Minimum of GCSE level education in English and Maths Experience: Prior experience in a similar role working with children or young people Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of classroom dynamics and behaviour management techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic IT skills Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification First Aid certification Working Conditions: This role involves working within a school environment, following the school's timetable and term dates.
