We are looking for a Full time Sales Consultant to join the team at our elegant Miele Experience Centre in the Grand Arcade in Cambridge.
Miele Experience Centre's are different to normal retail stores, with lower footfall but higher value customer transactions. We strive to provide a premium experience for every consumer, whether they are kitting out an entire new kitchen or dropping in to buy some replacement detergents for their washing machine.
In this role you will be...
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a natural salesperson and both confident and capable when hosting clients, providing detailed quotes to fit their needs and delivering memorable in-store demonstrations. You will bring an ability to form relationships with clients and manage a longer sales process that could incorporate multiple visits and discussions. Ideally, we are looking for sales consultants who have previous experience in lifestyle sales or delivering bespoke solutions in a store environment.
Working as a team, you will strive to hit sales targets for both yourself and the team. Our customers are loyal and inquisitive; you will be required to demonstrate multiple communication styles across telephone, face to face, and written. You'll be confident and professional with the ability to respond effectively to quotations and queries.
You will bring previous experience of working in a customer-facing role and can demonstrate credibility and confidence in what is required. Most importantly, you will bring the passion and pride that matches the brand with the ability to effectively multi-task. IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes and work really well as a team to achieve great results.

Delivering memorable demonstrations, bespoke consultations & exceptional customer service, our Experience Centres forge the link between Kitchen Dealers, consumers, and Miele, by giving opportunities to close the sale either directly or through our partner network.

Full time (including weekends) - £25,658 per annum - 33 days holiday (including bank holiday allowance of 8 days), 37.5 hour working week
