Role: Locum Invasive Cardiac Physiologist Banding: Band 7 Location: Cardiff Hours: Full-time Start Date: 02/09/2024 Rate: £40 - £50 per day Duration: 3 months About the role: The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Invasive Cardiac Physiologist to join our team in Cardiff. This is a full-time position starting on 2nd September 2024, with a competitive hourly rate of £40 - £50. The role is initially for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and departmental needs. Duties and Responsibilities: You will perform and assist in invasive cardiac procedures. You will monitor and record patient data during procedures. You will collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. You will maintain and calibrate equipment used in cardiac procedures. You will provide post-procedure care and support to patients. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: IBHRE / BHRS accreditation (desirable). Relevant qualifications and registration as a Cardiac Physiologist. Relevant qualifications and experience in invasive cardiac physiology. Desirable: Experience in invasive cardiac procedures.
