Working closely with the legal leadership team, you’ll ensure seamless operations, communication, and project execution in a fast-paced fintech environment.

2. Strategic Coordination: Prepare executive summaries, high-level reports, and board materials to support decision-making.
3. Governance & Compliance: Oversee legal team governance processes, ensuring best practices are followed.
4. Project & Event Management: Plan and execute team offsites, events, and cross-departmental initiatives, including assisting with exec team and board events.
5. Financial Oversight: Manage executive office budgets, invoices, and financial planning.
6. Communication Management: Draft and refine internal and external communications on behalf of the General Counsel.
7. Leadership Support: Lead administrative teams and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
Knowledge & Experience:
1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at senior leadership level, ideally in fintech, legal, or financial services.
2. Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and legal processes in a corporate environment.
3. Experience in project management and executing high-level administrative initiatives.
4. Proficiency in budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Skills & Abilities:
1. Meticulous attention to detail—accuracy is non-negotiable.
2. Exceptional business communication skills, including drafting executive-level correspondence.
3. Strategic problem-solving ability, with strong decision-making skills.
4. Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve challenges.
5. Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Personal Attributes:
1. Highly organised and proactive, with a structured approach to workload management.
2. Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
3. Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Adaptable and eager to take on new responsibilities beyond traditional EA tasks.
